Reciprocating oil-less medical air compressor packages are air-cooled and operate without any oil in the crankcase or cylinders. Piston rings are made of a PTFE material requires no lubrication, and totally-sealed, pre-lubricated crank and connecting rod bearings ensure long life and smooth operation.  Complete packages meet all the latest NFPA guidelines.

Scroll technology produces reliable, oil-less, medical grade air requiring minimum maintenance. By design, the scroll compressor operates at low temperatures, vibration free and with minimal noise. Oil-Free Rotary Screw

Oil-free rotary screw medical air packages, also known as "dry screws", are available in sizes from 20 horsepower up to 500 horsepower, single and two-stage, air or water cooled. Oil-free rotary screw packages are designed to continuously deliver 100% oil-free air. Medical packages are NFPA-compliant and ready for use with minimal installation requirements.
